The industry itself is great. I learn something new everyday and am able to help people in a real way.
Cons
TERRIBLE upper management. Corporate is awful. HR is the worst, they do not care about their employees. You will never move up if you don’t work company politics and meet the right people. It’s not about what you know, or how hard you work. Have begun penny pinching, cutting new hires pays and replacing them with current higher paid employees. Sad.
