Pros
Hands down, the people- from the bottom to the top. Everyone is here because they are passionate about cannabis and have a strong desire to continue learning and improving our products. This is a new, unpredictable industry and the company has done as good as they can to keep up with the constant changes as they continue to grow at lightening speed.
Cons
Communication can use improvement, but it has been getting better. We are slightly behind on getting programs in place that a company of our size should have, but I know these things are being worked on and we will get to where we need to be!
