Terrible - Run - Anonymous employee Curaleaf Employee Review

Literally everything else. Incredibly unorganized, no 401k, constant bad grows making everyone else’s jobs impossible, very liberal minded employees, worst decision ever to work there. Didn’t adhere to Covid guidelines. Work life balance is non existent. The employees are all miserable. If I had to guess the last couple of reviews is from current management trying to get the rating up so they can get employees in.
