Good employee discount is at 30%. Free samples sometimes, when management "allowed" us. Everything else about the job is pretty miserable.
Cons
Working conditions were disgusting, and any request for improvements fell on deaf ears. I developed literal medical conditions from working in the conditions. Corporate and management are disrespectful, and will do anything to seem like they are on your side, but it is all for show and to appease shareholders. The owner Boris Jordan just bought a new $14 million mansion last year, while the front-line employees get paid scraps, which are nearly impossible to live on. You will only get promoted by brown-nosing or "paying the game", and if you don't, forget about ever getting a promotion or any sort of praise or appreciation. The health insurance is expensive and a high deductible. This company ruined my life, and now I have to start over somewhere else. Stay away from this company.
