Pros

Good company. Hiring process very thorough. Background check. Interviews. Benefits are OK. Very chill for a large corporation. Company growth (retail locations) is outstanding.

Cons

However, the IT, support, helpdesk, etc.... division is just not ready for Prime Time. Although they strive to be committed. Lots of online work apps. Just too many managers, supervisors, bosses of supervisors. Too much "Not my job". Little to no training as far as company procedures and familiarity. Too many useless meetings, emails that are not relevant. Too many people relying on others to get stuff done. Not sure if the work-from-home thing is making folks lazy.

Everything to list Drama Micromanaging Illegal termination Lying Pay roll messing with your hours that you worked Over priced insurance To many cheifs not enough indians Extremely not trans friendly Forget a work and home life balance they will work you 12 hrs straight then have you right back in for another 8 hr shift without 24 hr notice
