Pros
Great people. Any job you have the people that just love to complain but I had met some of the best people at curaleaf. Everyone that has any type of information to share makes sure to share it and makes sure you understand the plants. I worked as a cultivator for 3 months before I was bumped up to inventory coordinator. Just an overall great place to learn and grow.
Cons
Not trying to be that person because I really did love the job I had. But that doesn’t mean anything to them. At 22 I built and cleaned up the entire inventory role of cultivation. Did they pay me for it? No. I stepped into the role in July of 2021 and didn’t begin getting paid for the job or even get the title until January 2022. This is not just a problem for me it is company wide. Whistle not getting laid to do the job I was doing I was asked to train my new coworker and we began getting paid at the same time the same amount. Welcome to corporations. Sexual harassment. While working at curaleaf not only I but others were sexually harassed by the same person yet this person was only separated by departments from us. There was no other action taken.
