These guys will buy your current company, come in and promise nothing will change drastically, then proceed to destroy everything around you, in a very unorganized and inconvenient manner. They do not keep their word. Culture vultures, making money off of a product they cared nothing about before the idea of profit even arose in the current market. Disgusting business practices and lack of knowledge. Essentially old dudes at the top trying to run a cannabis business like a Walmart. You don’t mean anything to them. They will fire you and replace you if you’re not a yes man. They will make your coworkers extremely frustrated to the point of hating every minute being at work. I went into this with high hopes and was severely disappointed with the outcomes they produce. Pieces of absolute human trash that operate Curaleaf. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you’re a yes man, want your tips collected and pooled by hours worked on your paychecks, or want to go from working full time to working under 30 hours a week.
