This store is a miserable hole. It is old and gross. It is like working in a prison. You can't see outside and all that changes is the light coming through the opaque windows. Upper Management looks upon us like we were employees in a mini-mart. Shut up and do your job. The people are great, but the managers have no real authority to do anything. Upper management treats us like a necessary evil. Stuff breaks and it takes weeks to get fixed. If you are looking for a discount on weed, then this is a good place to come. If you are looking for a career, this is not the place for you. Good people are allowed to leave while bad people are allowed to stay and fester. Our regional manager does little to help us. All he does is show up and sit in his office. HR is no help. They are more interested in burying problems than solving them. There are a whole lot of nice weed stores to work for before you have to come here. THis is an
