We're pleased to hear you have had opportunities to progress your career over the years you've worked with us. But we're sorry to hear you had issues with your pay and we'd urge you to get in touch if this is still ongoing so that we can get this resolved immediately Mobile, including Carphone Warehouse, is central to our Vision - it is the most important product to customers. Our challenges are well understood in the market and we are responding. In 2021 we will launch our own Mobile offer which will be much more relevant for the needs of today’s mobile customers. This last year we have launched a new 'On the Pulse' colleague listening survey shifting us from a yearly survey, to more regular check-ins. That’s so we can take timely action on the things that matter most to our colleagues. We encourage all our colleagues to take part in these surveys on the issues that matter most to them so together we can shape our future. As our customers' expectations change, we had to make some tough decisions about how we operate to make sure we continue to put our customer first. These were not easy decisions to make, especially with the timing coinciding with the coronavirus pandemic, and we worked closely with all our colleagues affected to make sure they had the support they needed during this time.
