Pros
The team at Currys were extremely friendly and had a real community feel to the workplace. Furthermore, lots of wisdom could be tapped from other employees, not just on product details and sales techniques but also on customer relations. Overall, a lovely team and great experience.
Cons
The compulsory training could be more engaging. Currently it is informative and does the job but it isn't an interesting or exciting experience. Also, the pressure placed on employees with targets can be slightly overwhelming at times.
