Pros

Family run business, good benefits, competitive wages, overtime available seasonally, no evening or Sunday work, no layoffs or reduction of hours below 40 in the off season.

Cons

Hours can be long in the summer. It's still retail. Becoming more corporate.

Pros

Great collaboration between stores, everyone seems willing to help. Focus on development and growth in the company.

Cons

Outdated website leads to a lot of customers calling for product availability and pricing. They seem to be working on this however.
