Pros

Cushman & Wakefield has a great list of corporate clients, and if you are wanting to build your resume with solid corporate experience; this a great place to do it. I learned a great deal about the business of real estate during my time there, and was fortunate enough to build a repertoire of client facing experience. It is a very relationship based business, and the toughest hurdle of real estate is getting your "foot in the door" with clients. Cushman & Wakefield is the type of company that can provide those opportunities with large companies.

Cons

The main reason why I left was the culture. If you are white, male and belonged to a fraternity it college, it is a great place for you. If you are not any of those categories, be prepared for the assumption that you are someone's assistant, regardless of what your role actually is. The old guard hierarchy is highly valued there.

Pros

Very flexible with working from home and have great PTO/sick time. Nashville market leadership is invested in employee’s personal & career development. They do 401k match

Cons

Compensation is reasonable but could be better. APM is considered hourly & therefore not eligible for bonuses like salaried positions.
