Pros

C&W has been around for a long time and now has a strong global presence. They tend to hold on to good talent as long as possible and offer excellent benefits packages.

Cons

Like pretty much every other company, they're ownership can change hands which may lead to reorganization, ergo shuffling of jobs, locations or layoffs. They tend to hire contractors rather than full-time positions.

Pros

Very flexible with working from home and have great PTO/sick time. Nashville market leadership is invested in employee’s personal & career development. They do 401k match

Cons

Compensation is reasonable but could be better. APM is considered hourly & therefore not eligible for bonuses like salaried positions.
