      It is an extremely large company and it could be easy to get lost in the fold if you don't actively try to involve yourself

      Pros

      Very flexible with working from home and have great PTO/sick time. Nashville market leadership is invested in employee’s personal & career development. They do 401k match

      Cons

      Compensation is reasonable but could be better. APM is considered hourly & therefore not eligible for bonuses like salaried positions.
