Pros

They’ll hire anyone with a degree. Decent salary for anyone coming right out of college and a good place to start a real estate career. Most employees are pretty nice for the most part. You might be able to work from home at times.

Cons

High pressure/sales feel. Don’t take this job unless you just need something to get you by for a year or so. No formal processes are out in place so everything is a dumpster fire. The training is a joke and there is no formal orientation and you are completely disconnected from the company as a whole. Coming from other successful big companies, this is the most disorganized place I’ve ever worked. There have been several times when employees have presented adequate solutions for well known problems, but they were not taken seriously and completely swept under the rug. It’s definitely an ageist, sexist, boys club, and there is almost zero diversity in this department, let alone the industry. Some managers here will coach down, micromanage you and nit pick you to the bone. The place is a revolving door and people quit left and right due to stress, and for much better opportunities. I would say the average tenure for any employee there is about 9 months. Also, Managers here have only worked at Cushman for the most part, so they really don’t know any better and are probably just as stressed as the employees they manage.
