      Pros

      Great company for those who really like to work. Never slow or boring. Excellent benefits and vacation time right from the start!! Great bonus structure! Overtime (after 40 hours) for non-management at time and a half your hourly rate :)

      Cons

      Annual reviews are a little slow-moving, but they retro the raises, so it works out just fine in the end.

      Pros

      Very flexible with working from home and have great PTO/sick time. Nashville market leadership is invested in employee’s personal & career development. They do 401k match

      Cons

      Compensation is reasonable but could be better. APM is considered hourly & therefore not eligible for bonuses like salaried positions.
