Pros
Management seemed to value employees' input (as far as the Sales department, at least). Seemed like there were plenty of career advancement opportunities. Decent employee benefits (healthcare, good PTO, etc.) and in-office perks (gym, free food, etc.). Great team atmosphere: friendly, inclusive, seem to care about employees' general wellbeing. Training for the Sales department was amazing– very thorough and made sure we knew everything we needed to prior to putting us out on the sales floor.
Cons
At least for the time I worked there, there did seem to be some favoritism and/or biased management, however, I'll admit I wasn't personally affected; it was noticeable amongst other employees/departments. Sales work can feel monotonous and boring at times. Short breaks.
