Pros
There are some great people who are trying to implement positive change. The software itself truly is great as long as you know how to use it.
Cons
Toxic gas-lighting culture to internal employees and clients. Dishonesty in sales is fine in order to hit quota. Things/processes/softwares/tools change constantly. Quotas constantly increasing, but they will decrease your commission rate so that you are not earning more.
