Pros
Very talented and nice people and you can learn a lot from them
Cons
In the past year the nice culture they had has decayed very quickly. Hour flexibility and trust were replaced with micro management and a shaming culture in which managers (even senior managers) are now breathing down people's necks and more focused on finding out at what time people arrive to the office than the results or benefits they provide to the team. Instead of focusing on results, the company is now now focusing on people spending "40-45 productive hours" at the office every week, and bathroom or coffee breaks of course do not count for this requirement, so your total time at the office every week needs to be about 50 hours to get to that quota. This of course damages culture, productivity and innovation since a lot of people now change their mindset into a "run down the clock operation" or "showing I'm at my desk" even if they are not doing anything productive.
