Pros
- They are hiring bright and talented candidates - Multiple job openings
Cons
- Apathetic trainers and hastily organized on boarding program - Distrust and suspicion evident, i.e., "big-brother" type of working culture - No work-life balance (they say 9 hour work days, but what it turns into is more like 9-11 hrs per day) - They tout that they thrive on chaos, but in actuality, the chaos is a result of their inability to scale, so why not embrace it, right? - Poor Management - because of their growth, many are being put into management positions (with no prior experience managing teams) as a result and necessity due to volatile growth - Overall vibe of the culture to be oppressive and derisive, varied by department (some are better than others)
