Pros
I joined Cvent about 6 months ago and so far it has been a "spot on" move. An amazing culture that is Agile, dynamic and fosters collaboration, and teamwork. You get to work on the latest technology and are always appreciated. I have tenures with 3 companies before and Cvent is by the far the best company in balancing my work-life. You work hard, you play hard but still have time for family.
Cons
If you get bogged down with processes this is not a place for you. The company is trying to remain entrepreneurial while injecting discipline that serves the long term vision.
