Pros
- Free lunch, but quality and taste of food should be improved - Somewhat okayish colleagues - Decent pay, but it could be better
Cons
- Took more than 45 days to process FnF, HR and payroll department need to get a move on and handle their work responsibilities more diligently - Non-transparent management, but the management itself claims that they are very much transparent in any and every situation - Office politics is widespread and can get very vicious - Cab facility is not available for the most common shift (9 am-6 pm) - Only a few employees (the ones that are the champions of office politics) are recognized for the work that they do, and rest are ignored and so are their efforts - I worked in tech department, and the managers, TLs are not equipped (more like incompetent) to deal with complex situations, as long as everything is going according to them, then it's all good - Severe case of micro-management exists in this "prestigious" organization - The manager and TL that I had the "pleasure" to work with had a very annoying habit of mansplaining literally everything, one would hope that in this day and age a person should not have to deal with such idiocy-induced situations, but here we are *sigh* - HRs should stick to their own line of work rather than pestering employees of different departments in the name of "doing their work" - Assiged equipment is tolerable at best, as its not up to date and might I add that if you look close enough you can see discrimations taking place even when IT equipments are assigned
