Impressive product, really smart product team. CRO in the US is a good leader. Competitive salary & benefits

Cons

Exec team in France does not understand the US market. Lack of funding, they are burning cash and had to lay off a bunch of employees in July / August because they could not close their Series C round. In July 2022, the runway at the current burn rate was 12 months. Not sure how much extra time they bought themselves with the layoffs, but grim outlook for sure. Product is really impressive, but it also costs a lot to operate. This means you have to charge a premium. The US market is not responding, especially during a time when InfoSec teams are looking to consolidate, not add products that only solve a single problem.

I have been at CybelAngel for a couple of years and absolutely love it. the team is great and I have a learnt a lot over the years. I made great career progress. This company highly values performance and team spirit.

Cons

Sometimes managers can be very demanding on work quality. I guess this is for the best, but it requires to be able to keep up.
