There are no pros working at CybelAngel.

Cons

Management is awful, they will manipulate you in any way they can. Salaries are not competitive, company lies to prospective clients to get them to sign, horrible scaling in the US, they fire high performers and fabricate cause, US business growth is nonexistent.

I have been at CybelAngel for a couple of years and absolutely love it. the team is great and I have a learnt a lot over the years. I made great career progress. This company highly values performance and team spirit.

Cons

Sometimes managers can be very demanding on work quality. I guess this is for the best, but it requires to be able to keep up.
