This helps us to continue the things that we are doing well and to address areas for improvement. We regret that your work experience with Cybrary was not satisfactory. One of our primary focus areas this year has been to enhance our operations, culture, brand, and, most importantly, the interactions between leadership and employees. A key initiative in 2022 was a Hybrid Workforce kickstarter. The goal of this initiative was to support our adjustment to our new working style and produce a more deliberate and interesting experience for us when we are in the office. This includes various perks that are offered to employees on the day(s) they choose to work from HQ. Reductions in force (RIF) unfortunately have become all too common in the landscape of U.S. businesses this past year. Consequently, Cybrary was impacted by this adversity. Although difficult, restructuring our company was important to ensure that our team members' contributions are substantial and our organization continues to have impact on advancements in the field of cybersecurity. Team members are at the center of everything we do as a business, and we strive to maintain equality at all levels.
