Disorganized mess - Anonymous employee Cybrary Employee Review

We value the time you took to review Cybrary on Glassdoor and let us know what you think of your time working with us. Receiving feedback from both current and former employees enables us to hone in on positive trends and focus on our areas for development. After reviewing your feedback, we wanted to address both the positive and negative aspects of your experience at Cybrary. In early 2022, we implemented a project to reinvigorate our culture and how we do work. This project included a revamp to our “work from home” policy. Within this policy, Cybrary has become a “remote first” workplace, meaning in office work is optional for all employees. We have also introduced a “Meeting Effectiveness” initiative with the intent of increasing productivity and engagement, helping to ensure strong communication amongst all stakeholders, promote teamwork and connection, and reduce wasted time while eliminating “Zoom Fatigue.” This initiative also includes “no meeting” Friday’s to help employees reset end of week, organize and strategize, focus on important matters without getting pulled in multiple directions and plan the week ahead. Consequently, Cybrary has also faced adversity in 2022. Due to the ever changing business cycles, unfortunately layoffs did take place. However, we are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion and working constantly to inculcate these concepts across Cybrary's culture. Therefore, we can assure you that we practiced this commitment throughout the difficult time we experienced this year in the face of those layoffs. We want to thank you again for your review!
