      Pros

      Good place to start a career. Jobs are mostly for entry level engineers. I strongly suggest it to recent college graduate.

      Cons

      No raises. No work merit incentives. Management is aware of this and they don't provide a career growth path. They don't provide formal training either. You learn your job as you go. Colleagues are very approachable and willing to teach you.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
