      Good work place fast paced good environment Distributed network lot to learn less budgets more work can implement new things

      Too much stress lot of work driven from india no career growth requires 12 to 14 hours of work every day

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
