Pros
Flexible hours, adequate pay, low stress, freedom to learn and be a valued asset. There is room to move laterally as an engineer or technician. Positions here are very stable. If your end goal is to work at Pratt and Whitney, this can be a good place to start.
Cons
Most of the employees are either just starting their careers or are waiting for retirement. There is relatively little guidance and there are no senior engineers. You can make a name for yourself in the local company but I'm not sure how much good it will do for you.
