      1. Work life balance 2. Salary on time and each time before the new month starts 3. Learning opportunity 4. Diversified business interest- hence good growth opportunity 5. Supportive colleagues 6. Appraisal happens every year despite of market condition (It's a great thing) 7. Good leave policy which helps towards work life balance 8. Several good people practices

      1. Compensation growth is limited year on year 2. Inconsistent appraisal cycle

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
