      Pros

      Contractor work that is Onsite at a customer. Cyient allows employees to fend for themselves without too much interference unless needed.

      Cons

      The only complaint I can think of is with little oversight and overhead, may be notified of a required action with little time to complete.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
