Pros

For me learning was good ,because get the opportunity. But most of the people doing the daily work.

Cons

-Hike are not good. -Some people get more advantage and don't -Not value you for your work and but more like how you behave with big shot.

Pros

Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

Cons

Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
