Pros

No work . Can relax at work . Freshers are allocated minimal work and not very satisfying.

Cons

Talent acquisition doesn't care about the interest of freshers . They recruit for electronics but train them in computer programs . Testing jobs in core . No VLSI scope for freshers . No core engg training . Mangers are very agressive . They try to waste your career by keeping in dumb project.

Pros

Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

Cons

Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
