      This workplace has decent pay and exposure to Pratt & Whitney

      Cons

      Bad ethics, no room for growth, abiity to work from home limited during COVID, unequal distribution of work load among associates.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
