No increments even for the two years experience - Technical Author Cyient Employee Review

There are many reasons to say they differentiate the salary for walk in and on campus even though they are working on the same platform same work. I have been working here from past 2 years and my salary was not increased due to pandemic reason and when new joiners are recruited they are paying more salary than me in the same platform same work I need to traine them but my salary is less then them this is so ridiculous we can't work in thes atmosphere
