Pros
If you are lucky to get onsites then good but that also comes with a price to sign bonds for atleast a year after return, can spent entire day in canteen, sick bay without work.
Cons
Low salary, low apraisal hike, bureaucracy is very corrupt and biased, too many managers for one account, unfair practices by managers and leaders, favourism to employées who put lot of butter on leaders and managers. No diversity and inclusion during work.
