Nothing to learn as projects are all garbage, you have to find your own way, you have to learn as much as you can for your own good. In Manikonda all employees are lethargic they are like govt. Employees. There are 5 managers in our project, rest are team leads associates are 2. Even if you know or have knowledge on something or something you have developed there is no way to switch projects, you have to be under those 15 years no use managers. Why cyient is keeping all those high paid employees for no reason I don't. If you have no job also don't join. You will not learn any professional experience or any gain in skill. This company is for them,those are completely disaster.
