1) Do why this company give project authority to the person who don't have subject knowledge. These people will give rating to the persons who licks their shoes not based on the performance. 2) Some of the retired government employees also works in this company, among them some are total not worthy actually, the projects performs even better when this company removes them. Instead of unwanted retired one the company can give the best packages to the existing best employees or hiring freshers. 3) Most of the project mangers will hires the dumbest persons with packages more than the existing associates.
