      Job security will be good.

      I am frustrated at Cyient for the package they are paying for me. It's been more than 2 years and 6 months at Cyient as a Design Engineer but still, I am getting 31k per month, I work hard in the team to explore myself but the amount of money that they are giving is very less for the work what I do. I thought Cyient would give me balanced life. but It's utilizing me 100% without paying a sufficient salary

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
