Worst management, I have completed 4 years still not crossed 5LPA, Lack of Communication between HR and Manager, Blames each other when comes to HIKE, Gives some new kind of reasons such as revenue is not upto the mark for this month, a reason for providing HIKE that is valid for entire year, after having boosted revenue for last 6-8 months, if any manager supports the associate then game starts the foolish game, its just like plate full of meals, but only eyes and ears are opened, food spoils and revenue waste Don't provide coffee or Tea at free of cost, says that beverages are harmful, Loses the valuable associates at quick without hearing their "Requests not the Demands" and start searching for new ones with all demanded sources wasting the time of both , getting bad name infront of client is added spice for this , Takes initative for all corners of development on paper, But no one knows about the except the emailer, Initiator, few viewers, sometimes ground level associates has to explain management about the initiative
