Pros

This is my first company after my graduation studies, and I thought it would be difficult to survive in the MNCs with lot work pressure. However, I found very smooth onboarding process, very cool colleagues, and supporting manager(s) from which I learnt new technical things. Salaries paid are descent enough.

Cons

The process of resource allocation will take longer duration than usual. No proper healthcare plans for the employee.

Pros

Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

Cons

Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
