Pros
Good polices and good Higher management.
Cons
In comparison to other companies, salaries at this organization are relatively low, and there is limited room for growth within the company. However, if you were to leave the organization and subsequently rejoin, you would receive better pay than an experienced candidate. One of the most concerning aspects is the inadequate management skills exhibited by the BU head and project managers. Their behavior resembles that of an exploitative supervisor. They fail to plan effectively, disregarding workloads and deadlines, resulting in excessive pressure on associates. This often leads to an unjust expectation for associates to work long hours, extending up to 14-16 hours, as if they were slaves. In certain instances, associates are even compelled to stay at the workplace for 2-3 consecutive days during critical delivery periods. The organization lacks work-from-home options and flexibility for employees, while managers and the BU head enjoy those privileges. Lower-level team leaders constantly demand employees to work overtime, even if they have already met their assigned targets. Their focus is solely on the number of hours employees spend in the office, rather than considering their actual productivity levels.
