      Pros

      Good job autonomy, freedom to work on what I want. I can work at home or the office as I choose.

      Cons

      Not enough PTO, no sick leave. Communication is a bit lacking especially as I work with people from India and at the beginning things were very confusing trying to figure out what was going on.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
