      Good for new joinies to learn.

      Cons

      NO process on projects. not suite for it jobs. it is data company(AUTO CAD). No growth for It. Salary structure not good. No Agile process. No work life balance.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
