      - Flexible hours, start anywhere between 6am and 8:30am. - Casual work environment - Friendly colleagues - Great as an entry level position in GIS - Corporate benefits package is good with dental, eye health, health insurance etc.

      - Minimal opportunities for promotion (general levelling up system that is hard to climb) - Understaffed/ high staff turnover - Low salary compared to industry average
