They did have benefits but now we're going to high deductible and that isnt going to be worth anything. Company holiday pay
Cons
Management is unbelievably unreliable. We are contractors for Textron and keep getting nonsense emails asking for personal information. I have personally witnessed purposeful degradation of American employees who are already at low pay being passed up because of internal policy not to promote American citizens. The holiday pay isn't worth the trade off n pay. I see an overall hate for the contractor at this company by people in charge whom I believe do not have legitimate college degrees. Employee reviews are just a popularity contest.
