      Pros

      Flexible working hours, if you stick to the deadline.

      Cons

      Worst Work-Life Balance. You will have to work more hours everyday and in the weekends too. Learning curve will stop within a short period of time.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
