There is no flexibility in work, everyday one have to work tirelessly extra to satisfy customer. There is no work-life balance. Employee have to forget there family to work here. Also, there is no appraisal on time after doing hard work. No one is taking responsibility to do appraisals. Peoples who are in management are like Ostrich, they put there heads inside sand and seems like they see nothing.
