      Pros

      It is a very good organization with quirky communications. They treat employees with respect. We had a great year end holiday party.

      Cons

      The uncertainty of being a contractor after just having been laid off already. Although time has proven them to be better than my next job!

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
