      - This company is not for software developers. The work life balance is horrible and the management doesn't value the developer's personal life. - There are better companies to choose over this company for software developer jobs.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
